Hello,
I'm Italian and looking for a yearly rental period flat, fully furnished, with 2 bedrooms, easy to access with no steps as we are a family with 2 small kids and a twine stroller to carry on.
It would be better to have a parking, backup generator, internet and A/C units.
I am interested at your post and willing to see more pictures if available.
