Sadly we are moving out of our furnished apartment, we have just inherited a dog and can not stay here due to the building's pet policy - so it's available! It's a great flat located on Rmeil Street in Geitawi.

5 minutes walk from Gemmayzeh and Mar Michael
10 minutes walk Sassina and ABC

The flat itself is spacious with high ceilings, 2 bedrooms (1 large, 1 mid-sized) both with lots of storage space, a large open lounge/salon with huge windows and lots of light from the interior facing courtyard. There is also a third large storage room (ex-maids room), an equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.

The building in general is well built and well maintained, it has a concierge, quiet neighbors etc.

Terms are as follows:

Rent: 1370 USD per month, payed in advance every 3 month
Security deposit: 700 USD (paid with the first 3 months).
Prefered Rent period: 12 months
Notice for leaving the flat: 2 months

Electricity, water, internet and building fees are paid directly by the tenant to the concierge.
