This pics are not available now but as a brief the surface area is 1300m2 and the zone of this region is zone 5 for investment this zone consist of 40% surface investment and 2.5 general investment plus the 20% bc of the main roads surrounding it so it should be commercial. You have 2 options first one is to build one tall tower about 22 floors or two blocks 10 floors each. so let the engineer calculate the percentages and see if its feasible for ur consult ant ok

can you please email me some real photos of the land and the documentation related so that I would know the exact location of it and I would give it to my consultant in Jordan so that he could make a pre-design plan of what could be done on this land.. is it residential or commercial?? how many floors im allwoed to build on each land?regardssalehrai@jordan-properties.net

this land is in the most highly demanded region in beirut for investment and building a project. this land is a squared plot it has two faces on main street which increases the investment %. Its now filled with small 1 floor chambers living their by rent so they need money to leave the plot and i'm the representative of the real peop;e who first took this plot for rent to do a stone industry from 50 years ago but till now the labors are leaving their as rentin the plot also so they can leave.
