a spacious room available for rent in Zarif Area (in building directly infront of makhazen coop supermarket, near Speza Supermarket ) 2km from sodeco, and less than 1 km from Hamra and downtown. Room consists of Bed, closet, 2 chairs and a table. Apartment shared with 3 other Lebanese people: computer engineer, accountant and banker. The shared area includes 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a gas cooker, kettle, microwave, and all other utensils (dishes, pots, etc..) . The room rent $400 includes electricity, water, building/service expenses, weekly cleaning, and internet access. Apartment has a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. The room has a private balcony. For non-smoking male renters only.
